PROGRAM ORDER BRIEF 

This form is used to initiate an order of the SMS/TEXT program for your school(s). Each school that wants to manage SMS bully reports  individually, will have to have their own system. Where multiple schools wish to have central management, where all SMS bully reports would go into the same system and to the same person will manage the entire system, one system program will work for that configuration. This order is for an annual agreement for this program. The program is priced according to your student body size.

This is an order for a twelve (12) month program service fee. Annual renewal is automatic unless cancelled 30 days in advance. Multiple year subscriptions may be placed at this time for a reduced annual rate.  Additionally, multiple school orders will receive a discount. Please call for either discount details. Credit cards are accepted. Please call if you wish to use one.

When this order is received, a customer account representative will be assigned and will contact you by phone. A formal service agreement including all SMS program terms and conditions will be provided.
