  • August 2009, Chicago - Text Connections completes the final phase of Text To Defeat ALS. and extends that offering for general application by other charitable and nonprofit organizations.

  • August 2009, Chicago - Text Connections joins the  CRM Focus Expert Group and launches joint projects with Mobile in the the auto Industry and more.

  • July 2009, Chicago - Text Connections joins the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA) and begins working mobile with many of the members.

  • June 2009, Washington DC -  Sources report:  "In the next 90 days, USCIS will launch a vastly improved Web site that will, for the first time ever, allow applicants to get updates on their status of their applications via e-mail and text message and online.

On September 22nd a redesigned USCIS.gov web site will be launched to help customers navigate the immigration system and remain up-to-date regarding their case status.

In response to customer feedback, from March to June 2009, USCIS conducted focus group discussions, usability tests, and surveys regarding general functionality of the website with a broad cross-section of users. Participants ranged from national & local stakeholders to customers and visitors to USCIS.gov."

  • June 6, 2009, Chicago - Text Connections brings mobile program to the Chicago Chapter of the WALK TO DEFEAT ALS  It was with great pride, TxC worked with the Chicago ALS organization in its move to build and strengthen community through Mobile.

  • May 2009, Chicago - Text Connections launches full service mobile marketing and messaging service. Mobile marketing for promoting brands; and mobile messaging for communicating with clients and others in a non-sales design.  TxC is offering a soup-to-nuts menu as well as an ala carte menu. 

  • March, 2009; Chicago - Text Connections is launched.  With the past experience in building National Messaging Solutions and Cross Communications, Text Connections is in a unique position to help companies with today's messaging need.  Past programs tended to focus on the communications layer in messaging. Companies and ad agencies would use us to provide that level of service generally along with the carrier and FCC regulatory elements of the mobile program.
